Held for the first time in 2000, MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈREoffers Montrealers and many visitors every year hundreds of activities to enjoy. Since the first edition, more than 600 guests from the culinary world of more than 20 countries have come over the years to meet the best Quebec gastronomy has to offer: its chefs, its producers, its artisans and their culinary culture. MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE is also a multitude of free activities offered to everyone at the Quartier des spectacles and its Place des festivals, which becomes the festive heart of downtown; without forgetting the Nuit blanche which attracts thousands of night owls who live a crazy winter urban adventure there by participating in many cultural activities throughout the city.
