The Porterville Fair has been an integral event in the community for 72 years and has been well established as a “Community Tradition”. Established in 1948, the first two fairs were held at Porterville High School. Followed by one year at the Rocky Hill Arena, the Fair was moved to Olive Street in 1951 and remained there until 2010. Today, thanks to the tremendous support shown by the community the Fair has a new home on 35 acres located on Teapot Dome (Ave 128) close to the Porterville Airport. The Porterville Fair is a great gathering place for family and friends. We eagerly anticipate the future. We have tremendous opportunities for growth and as always, we strive for excellence as we provide a unique community experience.
