Thetford then fully entered the business side of the music industry, and worked in marketing, distribution and record label business initiatives. This shift lead Thetford into an artist management role, and in 2011, she quit her job and founded both her own management company and creative firm, representing and consulting for music of all genres, comedy, and performing arts. Thetford works with clients all over the world, and has more than a decade’s worth of experience in talent management, marketing, brand strategy, project release strategy, partnerships, record production, arts investment, entertainment business management, budgeting & financial planning, investment consulting, and content creation."
