Veteran Major League Baseball pitcher, 3x All-Star and emerging country singer Adam Wainwright is making his debut on country music’s most famous stage, the Grand Ole Opry, on Saturday, March 9th.
Wainwright will perform at the Opry, followed by a meet andamp; greet and an intimate QandA, where he’ll discuss his baseball career and his new music career in the Grand Ole Opry House’s Circle Room.
Best known for his pivotal roles with the St. Louis Cardinals World Series victories (2006 and 2011), Wainwright has since signed with FOX Sports and MLB Network as a color commentator for MLB broadcasts.
More recently, Wainwright and Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Gary Baker (Lonestar, Alabama) and songwriter Greg Barnhill (Tim McGraw, Amy Grant) to release his debut single “Time to Fly.” Listen here.

Her international tour continues with shows this week in Austin and at the Jazz and Heritage Festival in New Orleans, with Newport Folk Festival confirmed for July 27
An achievement that places her in the company of superstars Carrie Underwood, Chris Tomlin and Hillary Scott who have previously held Top 10 positions on both Billboard Christian and Country charts
