Job Title: Copyright andamp; Royalties Manager
Reporting Line: VP Income Tracking andamp; Business Intelligence
Department: Publishing
Location: Soho, London
You will be responsible for the international song delivery, contract management and royalty processing across our growing catalogue, ensuring timely song registrations with high quality song data at collection societies and third-party partners, as well as managing the royalty payments to our writers. You will develop and improve processes across copyright and royalty administration and take ownership to identify and solve any issues across our partner network.

Key Responsibilities
COPYRIGHT
- Integration of new acquisitions (LODs, Schedule of Works, copyright documentation).
- Oversee international registrations and management of all copyrights
- Maintain good working relations with our sub-publisher network
- Catalogue due dilligence during the pre-acquisition phase.
ROYALTIES
- Manage all aspects of statement gathering, tracking and ingestion
- Manage royalty processing and distribution via Curve.
GENERAL
- Seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools, collaborating across departments to implement improvements.
- Stay informed about industry initiatives, updates, and changes in copyright and music publishing.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of copyright and royalties experience at a music publisher.
- Deep understanding of copyright rules, practices, and challenges at societies and DSPs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show initiative.
- Familiarity and experience with Curve or similar royalty systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience engaging with varying audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage projects effectively.
