Administrative Assistant (f/m/d)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) to join our Copyright team in Hilversum. In this role, you main responsibility will be ensuring the accurate registration of songs to the appropriate (international) artists, along with various other administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage the registration of songs

- Regularly check Spotify for new releases

- Distribute setlists and cue sheets

- Safe and store song agreements

- Provide overall support for Copyright-related tasks and processes

What you bring

- Previous experience in roles involving administrative tasks and/or data antry

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as efficient task management

- Strong stress management ability

- Keen attention to detail, high accuracy and solution-oriented mindset

- Collaborative team player, with the ability to handle issues independently

- Very good MS Excel skills

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
