ABOUT THE TEAM

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator andamp; label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and “do music” their way.

1. Design music promotion features in short videos to inspire creation of music videos and trends.

2. Design the recommendation strategy in musical scenarios of short video products, to improve the user experience in music video creation and consumption.

3. Study the music content ecosystem in short video products and design the long-term roadmap.

4. Work closely with a global music operation team, especially in the US and UK, to keep innovating in music related products.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 7+ years of product experience, preferably with short video product or music product experience;

2. Strong empathy and sharp user sense. Good tracking record in user products.

3. Strong curiosity with good insights to user products. Deep thinker and self reflection. Be able to identity and solve problems efficiently.

4. Strong communication skills. Always day one attitude.

5. Love music.
