On the heels of their appearance at the historic Rose Parade in Pasadena on New Year’s Day, female country music trio CHAPEL HART have announced the release of a new single and video—“Perfect For Me”—from their most recent GLORY DAYS album. The song was co-written with hitmaker Leslie Satcher (Martina McBride,“When God Fearin’ Women Get The Blues”; George Strait, “Troubadour”; Gretchen Wilson andamp; Merle Haggard, “Politically Uncorrect”) and pays homage to the loving, hardworking, and dependable guy in one’s heart (relationship). Listen to a sample of the song HERE and look for the video to debut on the song’s official release date: Valentine’s Day (February 14).

“It feels like it’s about time for a song to salute the blue collar ‘everyday’ working man!” CHAPEL HART’s Danica Hart says. “And this is it! He may not be rich or have the physique your family and friends thinks he should have, but he loves, respects, honors, and protects you and that makes him…‘PERFECT FOR ME!’”

“As soon as they listen to it, every one of my male friends fall in love with this song,” the group’s Trea Swindle adds. “It’s like they immediately picture themselves as that unexpectedly perfect guy, and the crazy thing is, for someone, somewhere, they really are.”

The new single follows a busy 2024 for the group (sisters Danica and Devynn Hart and cousin Trea Swindle). They not only toured the U.S., UK and Japan, but also wrote, recorded, and released their first Christmas album, HARTFELT FAMILY CHRISTMAS (the NEW YORK TIMES described their performances on it as “both pristine and playful…”) and launched a holiday tour in support of its release. Most recently, these Opry NextStage Artists performed at a birthday celebration for Dolly Parton, the Queen of Country’s 79th birthday (January 18) on the Opry stage. The group was recently featured in US WEEKLY after they finally got to meet the legendary Parton following the 2021 release of “You Can Have Him Jolene,” a song inspired by Dolly’s iconic 1970’s ‘Jolene.’”

Next up, CHAPEL HART has just confirmed a partnership with the Academy of Country Music for their ACM Live from the Red Barrel Lounge concert series (February 17-21) on Princess Cruises for a Western Caribbean/Mexico trek. Later this spring, the trio will appear at the acclaimed New Orleans Jazz andamp; Heritage Festival. It will be followed by a May visit to Korea, performing for U.S. troops following rave reviews from servicemen and women for their recent military shows; this is part of CHAPEL HART’s ongoing commitment to giving back. In addition, the group is preparing for a new album release later this year.
