JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Artist Relations with over seven years of extensive experience across various facets of the music industry. This role is ideal for someone with significant exposure to DSPs, AandR, and artist management and a deep understanding of diverse musical genres. The chosen candidate will be pivotal in building and leading our Artist Relations departments globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize and oversee the expansion of EVEN’s Artist Relations departments.
- Cultivate relationships with artists, managers, and other key industry players across a variety of genres.
- Drive partnerships and collaborations with DSPs, record labels, and artist management companies.
- Lead a team of artist relations professionals, setting departmental goals and guiding team development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to optimize artist engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent EVEN at industry events, enhancing our brand presence and networking with potential collaborators.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and artist-centric platform experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 7 years experience in the music industry, specifically in DSPs, AandR, or artist management.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Extensive network within the music industry and a deep understanding of various music genres.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a talent for identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
