Eventbrite announced today through its blog that it has acquired Toneden.io, a platform which "enables creators to easily reach more buyers and sell more tickets on socla media". In what Eventbrite considers a welcome addition to its suite of event marketing tools, the acquisition will further enhance its ability to make it easier for thousands of creators to publish and promote their events all in one place.
The relationship between Toneden and Eventbrite has a long history. Toneden has been upleveling Eventbrite creators' social media marketing for nearly three years since it was added to the Eventbrite App Marketplace. Last year Eventbrite launched Paid Social Ads powered by Toneden to allow users to seamlessly create and manage facebook and Instagram ad campaigns without leaving their Eventbrite account. Now, with this acquisition, Eventbrite and Toneden are united in their efforts to deliver an industry-leading event marketing platforme, specifically designed to help creators grow their events, businesses andamp; brand awareness and, as a result, expand their audience further and faster, sell more tickets and save valuable time.
