Today, GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter and producer Fridayy released his new single titled, “February ‘23” ahead of his highly anticipated album, Some Days I’m Good Some Days I’m Not. The track is now available on all digital streaming platforms via Def Jam Recordings/Universal Music Canada.

Fridayy’s position as one of the hottest emerging artists has been solidified by his catalog of collaborations and co-signs with some of music’s biggest names. “February ‘23” is his latest creation, seamlessly blending his captivating genre-bending sound of RandB, hip-hop, and elements of gospel. 

This new track showcases Fridayy’s vulnerability and narrates his journey from humble beginnings to acclaimed world-renowned artist. Fridayy expressed his excitement  about the collaboration, stating, “February ‘23 is a representation of the hardships and blessings that have impacted the trajectory of my career. This album is a glimpse into my journey, from the obstacles I’ve overcome to the beauty I found along the way. It captures a profound feeling of gratitude - for everything I've achieved, and everything that is still to come.”

In addition to the release of this single, Fridayy revealed the tracklist for his sophomore album, Some Days I’m Good, Some Days I’m Not, set to drop next Friday, February 28. This 21-track dual-sided album showcases Fridayy’s unique ability to fuse multiple genres and create a versatile and deeply personal sound that explores the highs and lows of his journey. The album includes collaborations with powerhouse artists including Chris BrownKehlaniWaleMeek MillTeniLlona, and a special ode to his Haitian-American roots with a Kompa collaboration featuring French-Haitian singer Joé Dwèt Filé.
