Riser House Records’ ACM Award-winning group LANCO announces the forthcoming release of their 6-track ‘Run, Run, Baby’ EP, due on October 6 and available for pre-order now here. Marking the band’s first project release since 2021, the impressive collection not only offers the perfect, all-encompassing introduction to a new, musical chapter in LANCO’s career, but also serves as their debut project under Riser House Records.
LISTEN TO “HONEY I LOST MY JOB TODAY” HERE
The latest preview of what’s to come is out now with the release of the heartbreaking track, “Honey I Lost My Job Today.” Written by LANCO frontman, Brandon Lancaster, alongside Jeremy Spillman, the vulnerable song drew inspiration from the moment LANCO chose to walk away from their former label home, entering into a pandemic-stricken world of career uncertainty. Available now across all streaming platforms here, the relatable track follows in the footsteps of the band’s neon-lit, two-step starter, “Lasso” (out 8.14) and their summertime singalong, Riser House debut, “Sound of a Saturday Night” (out 6.2).
Made up of singer Brandon Lancaster, drummer Tripp Howell, keyboardist/auxiliary Jared Hampton and bassist Chandler Baldwin, LANCO has captivated audiences worldwide with its infectious energy, unparalleled musicianship and heartfelt storytelling, earning CMT, CMA, and iHeartAwards nominations alongside praise from Billboard, Rolling Stone and more. The dynamic group is set to hit the road this fall on their recently-announced headline ‘Run, Run, Baby Tour,’ which kicks off in Nashville on Monday, October 2, crisscrossing the nation through November with special guests Meghan Patrick and Willie Tate opening on select dates. The group will also make their long-awaited return to Music City’s legendary Grand Ole Opry stage on Wed., Oct. 11. Fans can purchase tickets to upcoming shows and stay up-to-date on LANCO by visiting lancomusic.com.
