“If this record were a banner, it would say, ‘We're back and better than ever,’” lead singer Brandon Lancaster explains. “We’re excited to show our fans how we’ve grown in a way that mirrors where our music is headed. This batch of songs sums up that gratitude and excitement for the future – and this is where LANCO is now.”
Over the past few months, the group has shared previews of this new era of LANCO, beginning with the release of their summertime singalong, “Sound of a Saturday Night” (out 6.2), followed by the band’s neon-lit, two-step starter, “Lasso” (out 8.14), and the most recent vulnerable track, “Honey I Lost My Job Today” (out 9.1). Now, fans can experience the full EP, including the project’s focus track, “Leaving Looks Good On You,” an ode to new beginnings, which inspired the title for ‘Run, Run, Baby’
Made up of singer Brandon Lancaster, drummer Tripp Howell, keyboardist/auxiliary Jared Hampton and bassist Chandler Baldwin, LANCO has captivated audiences worldwide with its infectious energy, unparalleled musicianship and heartfelt storytelling, earning CMT, CMA, and iHeart Awards nominations alongside praise from Billboard, Rolling Stone and more. The dynamic group kicked off their headline ‘Run, Run, Baby Tour,’ with a packed-out show at Nashville's Basement East on Monday (10.2) and will continue crisscrossing the nation through November with special guests Meghan Patrick and Willie Tate opening on select dates. The group will also make their long-awaited return to Music City’s legendary Grand Ole Opry stage on Wednesday (10.11).
