The Pinnacle, AEG’s flagship Nashville venue, officially opened its doors last night with a SOLD OUT show featuring headliner Kacey Musgraves, who delivered a 2-hour set, including “Dandelion” and "Merry Go ‘Round” from her debut album Same Trailer Different Park, highlights from the 2019 GRAMMY Album Of The Year-winning record Golden Hour, Pageant Material, star-crossed, and several fan-favorites from her most recent release Deeper Well. Fans also got to see The Pinnacle come to life with a dreamy live-moss covered stage.
Special highlights from the evening included:
** Musgraves performed “Somebody To Love” for the first time in a decade.
** Musgraves humored fans with an ode to her beloved dog Pepper with a song called “My Bitch.”
** Musgraves performed her song “easier said” for the first time live.
** At sunset The Pinnacle was lit up with a stunning Musgraves-inspired 3D mapping projection featuring butterflies, cardinals and more themes from the 8x GRAMMY-winner's music.
** Every fan was given a free drink token upon entry and left with a free opening night poster.
