Dynamic sibling duo Lane Brothers’ youthful retro-pop sensibilities have earned them praise via social media from artists including Shawn Mendes, Boyz II Men, Meghan Trainor and Teddy Swims. Today, the brothers share a softer side of their signature pop sounds on “NOLA,” looking back on memories with a Bourbon Street beau.

The Lane Brothers co-wrote “NOLA” alongside Tawgs (Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli) and Autumn Buysse (Breland). The song features finger-picked guitar and a synthesized bassline over a jazz-inspired chord progression as the brothers sing of the memories they shared with a bayou boo, sprinkling Big Easy-inspired imagery throughout the lyrics.
The song follows the Lane Brothers’ confident “balling-on-a-budget” anthem “Drip” (1.26) and previews more new music to come from the duo later this month.
