The highly anticipated, sold-out “SOULSHINE” benefit concert, supporting relief and recovery efforts in Western North Carolina and Florida after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, will now be available worldwide via a livestream. Featuring performances by Dave Matthews BandWarren Haynes Band (whose hometown is Asheville), Nathaniel Rateliff andamp; The Night Sweats, and Goose, the concert will also include special guests Trey AnastasioMavis StaplesRobert RandolphJoe RussoTrombone ShortySusan TedeschiDerek Trucks, and more to be announced. Produced by Volta Media and hosted on YouTube, the livestream is sponsored by Cisco. The concert will be streamed from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST on Sunday, November 24, directly from Madison Square Garden.

“SOULSHINE” wraps up Dave Matthews Band’s Fall Tour, following their sold-out, two-night run at Madison Square Garden on November 22 and 23. Returning for a third night, they’ll be joined by an all-star lineup of friends and family to raise funds for those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Viewers watching the livestream will have the chance to donate and support ongoing relief and recovery efforts.

Net proceeds will benefit the SOULSHINE Concert Fund at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, supporting Habitat for Humanity’s 2024 Hurricane Recovery Fund and various non-profits active in recovery efforts in North Carolina and Florida.

Newrez, a leading mortgage lender and servicer, and subsidiary of Rithm Capital Corp., has pledged $500,000 to aid the recovery and rebuilding efforts in the affected areas. Additionally, Hilton, Explore Asheville, and NetJets are sponsors of the event.
