Data Quality Analyst

IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for a talented Data Quality Analyst who is passionate about high quality data and reporting integrity. This is a critical role that interacts with finance team members, clients, and multiple departments. This position reports to the Royalty andamp; Reporting Manager, and the preferred location is our downtown Tampa headquarters, with hybrid or remote flexibility.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO
- Reconcile and scrub large volumes of data, across multiple sources, to maintain a high level of quality
- Identify and solve complex data issues, calculations, and new scenarios
- Communicate data quality/integrity issues and metrics
- Balance and fulfill a variety of requests/tasks/projects/priorities effectively, efficiently, and proactively
- Achieve robust goals and turnaround times within a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
- Provide niche client support and reporting regarding data-related matters or inquiries
- Produce a variety of reports and/or dashboards
- Maintain and/or create documentation of data and reporting processes
- Contribute to evolving our processes and culture
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- 5 years of experience performing QA and reporting on data cleanliness and integrity
- High School Diploma or GED
- Expert-level experience with Transact-SQL and mySQL languages
- Expert-level experience with relational databases including MS SQL and mySQL
- Expert-level experience with MS Excel and a variety of data / file formats including CSV, TAB, and more
- Incredible attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of best practices in data scrubbing and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience collaborating effectively with remote team members

- Experience with data-driven Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
- Experience with remote client support / virtual help desk
