Team Intro
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the US Music andamp; Gaming Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our global music and gaming teams to drive and execute all US creator, artist, and partner management initiatives, encompassing communications, community engagement, and program delivery within USDS. You will oversee a dedicated team responsible for supporting both US Music Operations and Gaming Operations, ensuring alignment with global priorities and fostering strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team focused on content partnership in the US – based on key business priorities, centralized eligibility criteria and measurement frameworks, regional needs, priority communities and portfolio capacity.
- Monitor all activities associated with community management operations and scaled one-way communication in the US to ensure compliance is met.
- Collaborate closely with the Central Music and Gaming team to support the rollout and adoption of scaled education, scaled programs, product adoption initiatives with managed creators in the US, contributing to measurable success metrics for these initiatives.
- Coordinate with Central Music and Gaming to drive vision, strategy, and best practices to help standardize business processes, tools, and other initiatives on the team.
- Manage all communications with the team and maintain knowledge of all employee performance and ensure achievement of all business objectives.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting for the team and senior management, highlighting outputs, partnership and performance.
- Ensure all communications and programs manage execution of SLAs, community satisfaction, and metrics for supported processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing teams focused on the music and gaming ecosystem, or relevant experience.
- BS/BA in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Experience establishing and driving global processes and working across cultures in a diverse work environment
- Leadership in understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and drive projects start-to-finish to serve those core business priorities
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong creative and analytical skills in regards to Community Management
- Strong project management skills and understands the need to coordinate worldwide teams on a global listening approach to drive evolution of strategy
