The young harmony trio Tiny Habits, who are on the road now for a run of headlining US shows (dates HERE), have released two new songs today, “Flicker” and “I Don’t Have the Heart,” via Mom+Pop.
Listen to the songs HERE, and read about both songs from the band in their own words:
Flicker is about the hardships of being in a painful relationship. It's about allowing yourself to be manipulated knowingly, despite the difficulty of being used, in hopes that the situation will somehow, by some delusion, will become one of love.
I Don’t Have the Heart, touches on one’s inability to express to another that they are not in a place to continue a relationship that is meant to exist only in the past. The song also touches on the difficulty of creating boundaries and more importantly; sticking to them.
Since they formed in 2022 in Boston, Tiny Habits has toured with Noah Kahan and Gracie Abrams, backed Lizzy McAlpine for her Tiny Desk Concert, and gained fans ranging from Phoebe Bridgers and Elton John to Mark Ronson and the late David Crosby.
