Today, PRIDE month is getting its dance anthem a little early with the release of VINCINT’s “Another Lover” – a high voltage hedonistic ode to lust and love, and a collaboration with international superstar Adam Lambert. Boasting single artwork paying homage to one of VINCINT’s pop heroines, Madonna, “Another Lover” is a cut off VINCINT’s forthcoming EP, out in the coming months.

Written with Annie Schindel, RZY and Skywalk, the song was inspired by a real life, sexually liberating experience VINCINT had following a Coachella performance: “I was on a high from the stage, dancing with my crew, riding the wave, and locked eyes with a boy. I then had one of the best nights of my life. This song is about making the fantasy a reality, owning your sexiness and body, and diving in.”

The track drop precedes a busy June for the multi-hyphenate talent including PRIDE performances in London, Los Angeles, Indianapolis, Jacksonville and Vancouver, as well as additional new music drops. Performance dates below.

"VINCINT and I have been friends for years and once I heard the new track coming together, I immediately loved it and was honored to be asked to sing on it,” said Adam Lambert. “It’s the perfect pride bop for summer! After debuting the track in my Sydney Mardi Gras headline set, I'm excited the world can now stream it!"

Prior to “Another Lover,” Adam most recently released a reimagined version of his GRAMMY-nominated hit “Whataya Want From Me” remixed by DJ WhiteShadow. Cleverly titled a ‘HE’-Mix, one of the most noteworthy changes of Lambert’s “Whataya Want From Me '24 (WhiteShadow's HEMix)'' is the reimplementation of the pronoun “he'' which was replaced with “it” when the song was originally recorded in 2009. “HE messed me up / Need a second to breathe,” Lambert proudly sings in the 2024 version to reclaim the pronoun and queerness in his artistry. A small but significant preview of what’s to come in Adam’s music!

In 2024, an era where progress in LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance continues to flourish, the “Another Lover” collaboration between VINCINT and Adam Lambert, two openly queer artists, stands as a testament to how far we've come.

Be it with VINCINT’s debut album ‘There Will Be Tears’ or past all-star collaborations with the likes of Kesha, Hayley Kiyoko, MNEK, Tegan andamp; Sara, Alex Newell, and more, VINCINT continues to define and redefine the limitlessness of queer pop excellence. They have appeared on The Today Show, Watch What Happens Live! and Full Frontal with Samantha Bee as well as performed at Sydney Mardi Gras. They have received a GLAAD Media Award nomination, recorded the anthem for the fifth season of Queer Eye, was named one of the OUT100 in 2023, and has been praised by the likes of Billboard, Paper Magazine, and Refinery 29.
