JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include:

An accounts receivable lead is required for a key role in the finance department of a leading independent record label.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a team of four in the UK office, the role will have day to day responsibility for the management of all aspects of accounts receivable for the Warp group of companies.

This role with have regular interaction with non-financial staff throughout the business. Prior experience of working within a music or media organisation would be advantageous but not essential. Candidates should be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and be willing to learn and grow in a fast paced, young and often noisy environment!

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Building a close working relationship with all operational staff across the group ensuring good financial controls are in place.

- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.

- Planning and organising and manage own workload.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED SKILLS

- An organised approach and excellent time management skills

- Understanding of accounting processes and procedures

- Studier for professional qualification preferred.

- Good communication skills

- The ability to work well as part of a team

- Good numeracy skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- The ability to use your initiative.

- An analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.

- Motivated and ambitious

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that this role is largely office based so candidates must live or be able to travel to North London

Salary £28k – £31k dependent on experience.
