Better Noise Music (BNM) has today, announced key promotions and new hires reflecting its continued growth and commitment to artist development and market expansion. The BNM roster includes artists such as FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, FROM ASHES TO NEW, BAD WOLVES, THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT, THE HU, DIRTY HEADS and NOTHING MORE.

New Roles at Better Noise Music:

Jackie Kajzer: SVP of Radio Promotion, Adds Artist Development to her role

April Ginns: Promoted from Touring Marketing Coordinator to Tour Marketing Manager.

Victor Lang: Promoted from GM of GSA (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to Managing Director of Europe.

Frank Ehlers: Hired as Senior Label Manager of GSA.

President/COO Steve Kline and GM Paul Cormack announce the recent changes, saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Frank to the Better Noise family and to celebrate the growth of Victor, Jackie, and April in their expanded roles. Frank’s extensive experience and passion for music will make an immediate impact. Meanwhile, the advancements of Victor, Jackie, and April underscore our commitment to nurturing talent and enhancing our focus on artist development.”

Victor Lang will expand his role as Managing Director of Europe, overseeing all label initiatives across the region in addition to his responsibilities for GSA. Lang joined Better Noise Music in 2017 as a Product Manager for GSA and has since advanced to Senior Product Manager, Marketing Director, and most recently, General Manager GSA. Before joining BNM, he worked in the German Independent Music Industry and at Universal Music’s Vertigo/Capitol division in Berlin, following his studies in Media and Music Management.

As of August, Frank Ehlers (MBA) has been hired as Senior Label Manager for GSA, bringing 20 years of experience in the music industry to support the growth of Better Noise Music’s artists.

Ehlers began his career in 1994 as a Product Manager for SPV’s Steamhammer label in Hannover, DE, where he worked with acts like Motörhead, Dio, and Judas Priest. He later transitioned to the distribution side as a Label Manager, handling labels such as Epitaph and Fat Wreck. In 2009, he joined Sony Music Entertainment in Munich as a Senior Label Manager, overseeing labels including Metal Blade Records, Century Media, and Better Noise Music.

Jackie Kajzer has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Radio Promotion and Artist Development at Better Noise Music, where she will continue to lead the label’s radio initiatives and enhance its focus on artist development. Pivotal in the discovery of multi-platinum band FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, she is recognized as a key influencer in rock music. Under her leadership, Better Noise Music became Billboard’s #1 Mainstream Rock Airplay Label in 2022 and maintained the #1 Airplay Imprint title for five consecutive years (2018-2022).

April Ginns has been promoted to Tour Marketing Manager in the BNM Touring department. Since joining Better Noise Music in 2022, she has made significant contributions to various touring initiatives. In her new role, Ginns will continue to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for upcoming tours.
