The Creative Services andamp; Production group is responsible for the development and execution of Live Production, Experiential andamp; Events and Editorial Video Content for Apple Services. We are looking for a Senior leader with vast experience producing and leading experiential event production with a background working in the luxury brand space.

We are seeking a hardworking individual who can lead and guide in a team environment, operate well in a senior leadership team, a true collaborator with an ability to execute. It’s critical that this person has extensive senior level experience in this space, managing a senior team, a creative eye and understanding of working within the luxury brand space. This position requires a proactive, highly collaborative individual with strong production, communication and creative skills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 20 years of experience in producing world-class experiences, events and activations for music, film, television and entertainment brands.

- Strong background in building and managing budgets.

- Strong roster of production and creative partners.

- Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines.

- Shown experience working as part of multi-discipline, multi-faceted teams in order to deliver on global programs..

- Experience of handling multiple, concurrent projects with a collaborative approach.

- High level of passion, collaboration and dedication to your area of expertise.

- A collaborative approach, experience in managing and developing teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to external and internal audiences and customers.

- Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly-matrixed organization and ensure that work is delivered to a high standard, adhering to defined business and brand objectives.

- Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages and Numbers. Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.

- Ability to lead and guide a team

- Understanding of the value of strategy and strategic positioning

DESCRIPTION

- Manage a cross-functional team of experiential producers in the planning, development and execution of all projects, ensuring all creative elements are delivered within budget and on time. Owning the physical production of creative elements to include scenic, branding and merchandise.

- Directly own and manage the production for specific projects when needed.

- Develop and maintain a production process that can be implemented across all Services.

- Ability to contribute and be part of a senior leadership team

- Collaborate closely with Planning, Strategy and Creative teams to ensure a clear vision and creative through line applies to all project deliverables. Work closely with Design Studio specifically on spacial design andamp; layout plans.

Ensure management of operational, logistical and technical event management, including but not limited to sound, lighting, power and any infrastructure needed to deliver each experience, activation and/or event.

Manage deliverables and logistics across talent, hospitality and experience touch points, to include ticketing and invitations, FandB, accreditation and any associated staffing and vendors required to deliver these elements.

Work with security, legal, EHS and event operations teams to ensure all work is delivered safely and adheres to Apple guidelines at all times

Management of budgets across all project deliverables.

Provide consistent, efficient communication between all production parties and teams, ensuring information is accurate, timely and actionable. Lead on all associated event documentation to include production schedules, run of shows, contact and accreditation lists, project documents and timelines.

Vendor, contractor and external partner communication and management end to end.

Ensure delivery of the highest quality and act on business feedback in a timely and constructive manner, bring proactive and thoughtful solutions to the table.

This role reports into the Senior Director of Creative Services and Production.
