RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths

Leading Strategy:

In this role you’ll guide the development of project activation plans with markets from project kick-off to delivery. You’ll lead them based on global insights, your history in the industry and best practices. You’ll evaluate results and translate learning from release plans into long term strategies and educational resources

Partnering With The Business:

This role will need you to establish strong collaboration with markets, to understand local priorities, scenes and needs. You’ll also need to build connections between marketing, event, content, digital and social teams to make project loud. As well as working closely with the insights team to analyse and evaluate projects and provide meaningful learnings.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

- 3+ years of experience in a music-based communications role that covers earned, owned and managed channels, working with music artists and entities on deadline-driven projects
- High level English language written and spoken communication skills
- Ideally relationships in the global music and entertainment media landscape
- Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry – including best practices around video and social formats and campaigns
- Ability to create strong relationship across departments and senior managers
- Strong understanding of audience profiling
- University degree in communication, marketing or other relevant studies or experiences
- Fluent in English
- Travel 20-30%
