Key Responsibilities
Label andamp; Artist Support: Act as the primary point of contact for label partners, providing guidance to implement tailored release strategies
Market andamp; Trend Analysis: Regularly assess industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to drive client growth
Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing and AandR campaigns for client labels, optimizing efforts across digital and traditional channels
Event Representation: Represent Revelator at key industry events to build connections with artists, labels, and industry professionals
Educational Initiatives: Organize and lead educational webinars and mentoring sessions for artists and label partners as part of the Label Services program
Operational Reporting: Monitor and report on operational capacity to support client demand and service delivery
Internal Process Optimization: Enhance and document internal workflows to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
Client Communications: Lead client communications, setting clear expectations for product and service delivery
Asset Collection: Gather and organize marketing assets from clients for ad campaigns and other promotional initiatives
Digital Advertising: Set up and manage ad campaigns across DSPs, leveraging platform-specific tools and best practices
DSP Marketing Coordination: Consolidate weekly marketing opportunities from DSPs and work with the internal team to match these to client needs
Pitch Curation: Collate and review client pitches and promotional requests weekly, presenting top selections to the Label Services team for curation
Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with DSP editors, arranging listening sessions and other touchpoints
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Distribution team to incorporate client feedback and improve service features
Required Experience/Skills:
Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing, project management, or label services role within a major distributor, label, or equivalent environment
Campaign Success: Demonstrated track record of commercially successful release campaigns
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global music industry trends and release strategy
Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of DSP promotional channels, music publications, and other key outlets
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify Ad Manager, and similar digital advertising platforms
Data-Driven Approach: Strong grasp of data analytics, with the ability to report on campaign performance and growth
Cross-Team Development: Experience in building out new departments or product offerings from the ground up is advantageous
Process Design: Proven experience in designing and implementing cross-functional processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency
