At Spotify, the Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Daily Mix to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. Join us and you’ll keep millions of users listening by making great recommendations to each and every one of them.

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our Voice Experiences team. Spotify users enjoy listening to music and podcasts on the go, while driving, and at home on a growing number of voice-controlled devices --- in this position you will be responsible for growing mobile experiences that enrich users’ listening sessions by enabling them to interact with Spotify via voice, providing context and guidance via the audio.

As Product Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team from Design, User Research, Data Science, and Engineering to define the roadmap for these mobile experiences. You will partner with stakeholders across our Mobile, Partner Platform, and Personalization teams as well as Marketing and Business Development. You will own the full lifecycle of mobile features that support users from activation to long-term engagement when they interact with Spotify via voice.

What You'll Do

Build a roadmap for your team by understanding user needs in situations where users are interacting with limited visual attention on the app (e.g. while driving) utilizing data insights, and working closely with stakeholders
Define metrics and KPI’s we will use to measure the success the features your team builds
Prioritize new features based on user needs, alignment with the company’s short- and long-term goals, and technical platform scalability
Work closely with user growth and product marketing efforts to build user awareness and grow engagement for new in-app features
Make sure that your team is strong and healthy – including capabilities, happiness, resilience and growth
Who You Are

You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in building and shipping consumer internet products together with teams of designers, engineers and data scientists, resulting in significant business impact
You have experience leading growth efforts for well-loved mobile products
You’re experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
You are excited about building products that are at the frontier of personalization and user interaction paradigms; you can thrive in a rapidly changing landscape and are good at sorting out ambiguity
You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
You have strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
Preferred: you have experience working on voice assistants or other natural language interfaces
