ABOUT THE TEAM:
Music promotion service is a service to serve artists and labels to promote their music across the our Music ecosystem. Our team aims to provide firsthand experience and best product efforts on TikTok song promotion to our music partners. This position works alongside Music Promotion product managers and partnership managers in the Artist Services team, defining partners needs/pain points, discovering potential product opportunities, iterating music promotion products in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Product Strategy: Partner with Label andamp; Artist Partnership team to develop product solutions for music promotion revenue increase
– Provide partner product education training support. Develop playbooks for partners to understand how to achieve success via music promotion products. Provide expert advice based on industry best practices and product knowledge of the TikTok platform.
– Partner Engagement: Work closely with music promotion partners to identify their current and future needs. Design and evangelize TikTok music promotion solutions to enable artists’ and labels’ success on TikTok platform.
– Technical Support: Collaborate with product and technical support teams in partner issue diagnosis and resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of product management experience in the music industry.
– In-depth understanding of music promotion. Familiar with best practices of music promotion on social media platforms.
– Experienced in operating music promotion campaigns. Ability to both think big and dive deep.
– Strong communication skills, cross functional collaboration skills, project management skill, and partner and strategic account relationship management skills.
– A growth mindset with strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
