Vydia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Specialist to join our Tech Services division. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless integration of Vydia’s technology offerings for our clients. You will work closely with various teams, including Tech Sales, Client Success, Product Management, and Product Development, to provide technical expertise and support throughout the integration process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Client Integration: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific integration needs and requirements. Guide them through the integration process and provide technical expertise and assistance to ensure the successful integration of Vydia’s technology offerings.

- Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert on Vydia’s technology solutions and integration methodologies. Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding best practices and optimal integration approaches.

- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Tech Sales, Client Success, Product Management, and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive and efficient integration process. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate integration requirements, timelines, and updates.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues during the integration process. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and provide timely solutions to any challenges that arise.

- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to guide clients through the integration process. Develop technical guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support self-service integration options.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of integration methodologies and tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company, working on client integrations and technology solutions.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integration methodologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and business teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying patterns, troubleshooting, and resolving integration-related challenges.

- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored integration solutions.

This position will require travel for onsite meetings with clients, as needed.

NICE TO HAVES:

- Knowledge of web development technologies, such as AWS, Github, DNS management, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and PHP.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, XML, JSON, and data mapping.

- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
