Who you are
As the face of our company, you’ll be tasked with managing, nurturing, and expanding our relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, including clubs, festivals and organizers as well as identifying new opportunities across the globe.
You should have strong experience in managing client relationships and accounts, as well as an ability to speak multiple languages – in this case fluencyt in French, German and English isare a must. Ideally, you are experienced in and passionate about the music, events or ticketing industry.
What will you do
- Client Relationship: Serve as the liaison between organizers, clubs, festivals, and Xceed, managing relationships to drive adoption, retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
- Onboarding: Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
- Training and Support: Develop comprehensive training andamp; support material, empowering our clients to get the most out of Xceed Pro.
- Contract Renewals: handling end-of-term client renewals, aiming to retain and grow current clients.
- Client Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report client activities and insights to identify improvements.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, sales, product and operations teams to coordinate campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in sales and account management, particularly in the music, ticketing and events industries.
- Experience working with SaaS solutions and a strong technical background.
- Fluency in English, German and French Additional languages are welcome!
- Analytical, with a data-driven approach and strong proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot orPipedrive.
- A humble attitude and a good sense of humor are a must ;).
- Flexibility with regards to your availability (often you may be contacted by organizers at the time of events during evenings and weekends).
