Acclaimed Nashville artist/songwriter Sean McConnell has released his moving new single “Take It Easy Darlin’”, from his forthcoming album SKIN (out February 28^th Metropolitan Groove Merchants). The beautiful new track addresses the feeling of giving compassion to someone you care about, but knowing there is nothing you can do for them.

“This is a song about wanting to take the weight of the world off the shoulders of someone you love when you can see that they are fighting a battle that only they can fight’” says McConnell. “There’s a certain kind of helplessness that comes along with that reality.
