British-Brazilian singer-songwriter Liana Flores has released Flower of the soul (full bloom), the expanded edition of her debut album on Verve Records. The deluxe album features two new original compositions, "Strangest shapes" and "Borrow mine," and arrives as Liana continues her first-ever global headline tour with dates in the UK and EU, plus her debut shows in Asia, including Tokyo’s legendary Blue Note. Listen to Flower of the soul (full bloom) HERE.

Flower of the soul (full bloom) sees Liana continue to capture life in motion, fusing dreamlike Bossa pop with 60s British folk-inspired vignettes, and meditating on the impermanence of the seasons and the evolving nature of love. Listen to the enchanting track "Borrow mine" HERE.

Says Liana of the track, "'Borrow mine’ brings a restful moment and a dwelling on human relationships as ‘the only certain thing' in life."

Blending elements of British folk, classic jazz and Brazilian pop, Flower of the soul is a release that explores transformation in all of its forms and puts a spotlight on a truly singular talent. Liana says, "Flower of the soul explores themes of nature and impermanence, the tension andamp; connection between humans and the natural world, and what changes and remains throughout times of transformation."

Standouts from Liana's debut album include "Butterflies," which features Latin GRAMMY Nominee Tim Bernardes of Brazilian rock band O Terno, and is one of the most integral parts of the record, a moment of reflection that combines the albums core themes. More highlights include "Nightvisons," "I wish for the rain," and "Orange-coloured day," all of which received critical acclaim.
