Displaying an undeniable ear for melodies and breakdowns alike, Tampa, Florida band Nevertel releases their latest heater of a single “Starting Over” out today via Epitaph Records. Written, performed and produced by the band themselves, the expertly arranged track fuses metallic riffs from Alec Davis, soaring vocals from resident crooner Jeremy Michael, and rapper/producer Raul Lopez’s contemplative 8 bar verse over a synth-heavy atmosphere.

““Starting Over” is a song about second chances,” the band muses. “We wrote this song about hitting rock bottom and starting anew as everything burns down around you. Sometimes in life we can lose our way and turn into someone we don’t recognize. This song is for anyone that’s felt like they’ve lost touch with themselves and just wants a chance to start over and make things right.”
