Today, NYC sibling band Rebounder releases the second single from their forthcoming EP — Sundress Songs, out September 6 — “All Strings Attached”. High energy with a propulsive groove, “All Strings Attached” is a refreshing, northern soul inspired, full-chest proclamation of love and adoration in a time where there is so little. “We had a weekend where we watched 1960’s Ocean’s Eleven and then 2001’s,” says lead singer Dylan Chenfeld of writing the track. “Both scores are so fantastic, we wanted to make something that musically sat in there.”

Watch the video for “All Strings Attached”, directed by film director Jimmy Giannopoulos, formerly producer and member of Lolawolf (Zoe Kravitz) and Mothxr (Penn Badgley) — here: https://youtu.be/u-aQg2ak_U8.

Recent cover of “Born In The USA” (co-produced by Patrick Holland)  premiered on Stereogum.

Sundress Song’s lead single “Sunset Vision” hit top ten most added on Triple Aradio, and FLOOD just premiered an acoustic version of the track that showcases the band playing on top a double decker bus along the West Side Highway. “Sunset Vision” is in full rotation at WFUV in New York, the band just did their first radio session there playing “Sunset” and “All Strings”, it goes live 8/15.

Featuring production by Adam Thein of Djo and CT of Vampire Weekend — plus vocals by Jesse Rutherford of The Neighborhood — Sundress Songs is nostalgic pop music (think: Hippocampus makes out with Arctic Monkeys behind the bleachers) that “fools even the most hardened of hipsters into allegiance” (DIY Mag).

Led by Dylan Chenfeld and joined by his brother Noah Chenfeld and their childhood friends Zack Kantor and Cobey Arner, the native NYC group has steadily made themselves a DIY staple: they’ve collaborated with The Neighborhood, opened for Phoenix, MUNA, and Cautious Clay, and amassed over 23 million streams on Spotify on their debut single “Japanese Posters”. The band just announced new dates with COIN this fall – see below for more details.
