This new iteration of "Tummy Hurts" takes Rapp's original concept deeper with the addition of Jones’ soulful talent, driving home the song’s heartbreaking underpinnings. On the track, the two breakout stars seamlessly weave between verses, complementing each other with their impressively smooth and emotional vocals. Additional new records include “Messy”, “Swim” and “I Do”, another powerful ballad which has become a quintessential part of Rapp’s discography.
Snow Angel Deluxe arrives just after Rapp's Snow Hard Feelings Tour, which recently wrapped up with four sold-out nights in New York City. The run of dates included stops in all major cities including Chicago, Detroit, and Atlanta while boasting surprise appearances from Bryson Tiller, Lizzy McAlpine, Kesha, and more. Rapp also played a sold out hometown show at The Greek Theatre in LA. Overall, the tour sold more than 100,000 tickets, with 65,000 selling out within the first 24 hours of public on-sale.
Next up, Rapp will reprise the role of Regina George in the film adaptation of Mean Girls musical, a role she made her own in the Broadway production from 2019 to 2020. With her debut album, Rapp showcased her artistry and authenticity. Now, with the release of Snow Angel Deluxe, she pushes the boundaries creatively — putting a new spin on fan favourites while looking toward her next era.
