“Clark has eked out a singular space in music, occasionally intersecting with the mainstream but for the most part staying uncompromisingly countercultural.” – THE NEW YORK TIMES
“All Born Screaming is not the sound of St. Vincent becoming yet another character, but the sound of Annie Clark rediscovering herself… a pure, bold presentation of St. Vincent… It’s good to have her back.” – STEREOGUM
“Big Time Nothing,” the third song to be released in advance of St. Vincent’s feverishly anticipated All Born Screaming, is out now. Featuring a precarious balance of ennui and urgency underpinned by brainworm basslines, the newly unleashed track expands on the incendiary sonic palette of side one of the new album—forming a fiery trifecta with the “swaggering, stripped-down ball of energy” (FLOOD) that is “Flea” and the “volcanic buildup” (THE NEW YORK TIMES) of “Broken Man.”
