The track gives listeners insight into the emotional side of Andye. He regrets losing his “diamond in rough,” looking back on the mistakes he made in their relationship.  

“‘Hypothetical’ was one of the hardest songs for me to write because it came from a real place of regret,” says Andye. “Being in the studio with my collaborators, I wanted to capture that raw feeling of knowing you had something special and letting it slip away. It’s a reminder that love isn’t just about being there—it’s about showing up, appreciating the little things, and not waiting until it’s too late.” 

Alongside the single is a visualizer that stays true to Andye’s eye for compelling visuals. Andye’s image reflects in the mirror, demonstrating the track’s introspective themes.
