She has been a creative director for companies such as AVI Entertainment and Hayes Street Music. After a few years as Creative Director of Teracel Music she became a partner in the company as well as a partner in Good Girl Music, both co-ventures with Sony Music Nashville. In those years alongside Mark Bright she helped sign acts such as Rascal Flatts, Brett James, and many other successful songwriters. In 2011 she started her own company King Pen Music and her first act signed was Brothers Osborne.
