"Back Forty, a term used to describe the back forty acres of cattle ranchers land is a local restaurant founded in historical Smithfield in 2013. We chose this old feed store building because we love the agricultural history of Smithfield now known as North Richland Hills. We feel that the new Tex Rail train and having our restaurant on the corner gives the location the same small-town feel it used to have."
