Third generation country music booking agent and artist advocate Austin Neal is pleased to announce the addition of Agent Adi Sharma, joining The Neal Agency (TNA) as co-head and expanding the nine-act company, which is based in the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood in Nashville, to a dozen clients. TNA's roster proudly represents Ashland Craft, ERNEST, Riley Green, HARDY, mike., John Morgan, Chase Rice, Josh Ross, Seaforth, Morgan Wallen, Lauren Watkins and Bailey Zimmerman. (Additions in bold). TNA has also signed the lifestyle brand Stevenson Ranch to further extend the brand’s footprint in the live space and help curate and create live events.
With December ’22 cementing one year in business, TNA has already established its place as a top talent agency with some of the highest grossing tours in 2022; the monumental success of its first year resulting in recognition and nominations by both the 2023 CMA Touring Awards and Pollstar Awards.
"It’s surreal to think this time last year we only had two employees, other than myself, and no office. Going into 2023, I am able to walk into a full office of 12 each morning – which is both humbling and exciting," shares Neal. "Adding Adi’s leadership to that mix will allow the company and our culture to reach new heights in our sophomore year. We are all so excited to be able to work with one of the brightest young agents in this business who will undoubtedly help lead the company going forward."
“Austin and I have known each other since I moved to Nashville and we have always had a very like-minded approach to supporting and growing artists' careers. To see what he and this team have built in the span of a year is inspiring. I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this rapidly growing team, to work with one of the best agents in the business, and to help the company continue to grow into the future,” adds Sharma.
In its first year, TNA hit record heights as an agency, and 2023 already sees audience growth at exponential levels. Wallen’s highly-anticipated One Night At A Time Tour kicks-off in Australia in just two months before zigzagging across the U.S. and Canada with over 20 stadiums on deck; HARDY’s 2023 the mockingbird andamp; THE CROW Tour kicks-off Feb. 16 in Indianapolis, IN and is sold-out across 19 cities; and Chase Rice's Way Down Yonder Tour is set for 36 dates running through summer 2023. Seaforth will embark on their first headlining tour in 2023, with their 23-date the About Time Tour set to hit Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Pittsburgh, PA and more. ERNEST, who also had a career year in 2022 - with his first headlining tour last fall, the Sucker for Small Towns Tour, which sold out on all 11 dates - is now set to join Wallen on all dates of his 2023 tour. Further proof Neal, Sharma and TNA team create opportunities to fit the artist’s career.
