Wasserman Music, the rapidly-expanding agency known for its passionate team of entrepreneurial agents and extensive roster of major artists and emerging talent, welcomes Jason Roth as Vice President, Communications, to its growing team of industry trailblazers. Roth most recently served as Communications Director for SiriusXM and brings deep experience managing strategic communications at the forefront of music, entertainment, and technology.
Coming on the heels of Wasserman Music’s second anniversary, the addition of Roth further reflects the agency’s accelerating growth worldwide and commitment to sharing the company’s story on a world stage as it continues to build successful, global careers for artists from the ground up.
In his new role, Roth will lead Wasserman Music’s overall communications strategy – encompassing media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, industry relations, and partner communications – in collaboration with the company’s marketing, social media, and internal communications teams.
Wasserman CMO Lori Beth Feldman says, “Jason’s breadth of communications experience with music-related brands, technology, and artists will be invaluable for the strategic development and messaging of Wasserman Music’s growth on a global scale. He is a tremendous addition to our company and culture - we’re thrilled to have him on board.”
A veteran music and technology PR executive, Roth has held senior communications roles at SiriusXM, Pandora, Apple, HP, and Capitol Records.
