Warner Records has promoted Robert Santini to SVP, Brand Partnerships andamp; Ad Sync – as announced today by Claudia Butzky, EVP Brand Partnerships andamp; Sync.

Since joining the company in 2020, Santini has spent the last four years as VP Brand Partnerships andamp; Ad Sync. In this role, he deftly facilitated a series of award-winning campaigns. Under his watch, Warner Records joined forces with Roblox and the NFL for the first-of-its-kind Virtual Super Bowl Halftime Performance headlined by multiplatinum superstar Saweetie within the Metaverse. The latter notably received a CLIO Award and a Webby Award.

Among other highlights, he also cemented the collaboration between Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park and Meta for the launch of the Oculus 3 VR headset, and as part of a campaign with the San Francisco 49ers, Saweetie and P-Lo delivered a playoff anthem for the team entitled “Do It For The Bay.” Plus, he oversaw an all-encompassing strategic alliance with NBA2K for new music and content.

In recognition of his impact and successful track record, Billboard touted him on its 2024 Top Ballers List, citing him among The Most Influential Execs, Athletes And Artists Melding Music And Sports.

Butzky said: “Nobody understands the intersection between music, sports, and video games quite like Robert does. He recognizes the value of cross-collaboration and always identifies the potential to break ground early on. He constantly seeks out meaningful partnerships that reflect the artistry of our roster. It’s a credit to his experience, vision, work ethic, and ingenuity. I’m very happy to announce this much-deserved promotion as I know he’s going to continue to break down boundaries.”

Santini added: “It’s amazing working with Tom [Corson], Aaron [Bay-Schuck], Claudia, and the entire Warner Records staff. Everybody here makes you feel like anything is possible. It’s an environment where innovation is fostered and encouraged. We’re able to not just think outside of the box, but to really operate outside of it. I’m excited to continue working with the team and our roster of talented artists to build more incredible partnerships together.”
